Terms and Conditions

Invoicing and Payment
Boost Marketing will raise an invoice on the day that the booking form is received. Payment terms on the invoice are 30 days from issue and the authorised purchaser is liable for payment.
We are only able to accept cheques or BACS transfers. No credit / debit card facilities are available at this time. Full details will be given on the invoice.
Cancellation
Cancellation by Authorised Purchaser
Boost Marketing Ltd operates a cancellation period of 14 days and any notice of cancellation must be provided in writing. Once a booking has been made, the authorised purchaser agrees to pay the charges above.
For cancellations made 14 days or more before a course is due to start, a full refund will be given. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of the course date or for failure to attend. If a registered participant is unable to attend a course, a substitute is welcome to take their place.
If a cancellation or substitution is required, please contact Boost Marketing on 07866 259 085 or at info@boost-marketing.co.uk immediately in order for alternative arrangements to be made.

Cancellation by Boost Marketing

In the unfortunate event that Boost Marketing Ltd cancels the training day for reasons within our control, we will offer a refund or a place on an alternative date for the same course at the same or similar venue within a reasonable timescale. We cannot be held liable for cancellation due to reasons out of our control
